Show IATI: Reference Bot! A bot that builds demo IATI reference sites

Bit of a niche addition to the “show IATI” series, but I thought I’d share anyway…

I’ve made a bot that will build demo (“staging”) IATI reference sites. This is really useful for seeing how proposed changes to the reference documentation will look in situ, before pushing them live.

In the past, there have been issues with the IATI reference site not reflecting the latest information on github, or failing to build (I gather because the deployment process is anomolous). This should help mitigate that.
