INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDEES TO ACCESS THE ZOOM EVENT SPACE
Dear IATI Community,
IATI VCE 3 will be held in a new type of Zoom-Event Space, to overcome previous issues with Zoom-bombing. Through this new Event Space you can access the agenda, speakers and move across sessions easily.
The Event Space is already open for you to check out now. Complete the three steps presented below and you are in!
YOUR ZOOM- ACCOUNT
=> If you do not yet have a Zoom-account:
- Please create a Zoom account (sign-up page)
- Share your Zoom account/email address via sander.hees@undp.org to include you on the VC3 guestlist.
=> If you do have an existing Zoom-account, but did not register with this email address for VCE3:
- Share your Zoom-account/ email address via sander.hees@undp.org to include you on the VCE3-guestlist.
SIGN UP FOR IATI VCE 3 ZOOM EVENT NOW!
- Sign-up to the VCE3 Zoom-Event Space, make sure you have the latest version of Zoom Desktop Client and use the email address that you registered with by clicking on the following link (or copy-paste https://bit.ly/3xxvaoc).
- When prompted, click "Register" and then you can add the event to your calendar which will have the Zoom meeting link.
- You will receive an automated message with the link to the VCE3. Click on Ticket-link to join the VCE Event Space and then "Join Lobby" (see image). The Event Space/Lobby is already now for you to explore the agenda, sessions and speakers. On 28 June join us at the VCE3 using the same link/ "Join Lobby"- button.
