VCE Recap: Bridging data quality and data use

Session Description

Co-organised by AfDB, IOM, Nepal and Nigeria, this session supported cross-fertilisation between the IATI Data Publishing and Data Use Communities of Practice, facilitating a frank discussion between data publishers and data users around linkages between data quality and blockages to data use, and possible solutions. The session sought to build a foundation for understanding and future discussion of how the quality of IATI data can impact the ability of the end users to use the data for their desired purposes. It also opened a discussion on how the Communities of Practice can be used to help find solutions to persistent data quality and data use issues.
