Since the launch of IATI’s Communities of Practice (COPs) and IATI Connect on November 30th 2020, we’ve worked hard to build this platform into an engaging and innovative digital space. In just over 2 months since its launch we now have 414 accounts on IATI Connect! Through these ‘Monthly Snapshots’ we want to provide you with an opportunity to stay up to date on progress across the COPs and learn more about upcoming activities, consultations, and ways to engage with the wider IATI community.

IATI Data Access Tools

Explore this list to find tools which showcase data published to IATI, including tools provided by IATI, like d-portal and the IATI Datastore, along with those produced by the IATI community. This list is intended to be a resource for data users looking to explore IATI data and we welcome inputs from the community. Please feel free to comment if you have tools to add to the list!

Recipient-country dashboards using IATI data

What examples of recipient country-focused dashboards exist? This thread is looking to find platforms using IATI data, allowing users to see and explore who the top donors are to the country, what projects and sectors they support, and any other details available from IATI. Add your own thoughts to this community-driven discussion!

Updated Humanitarian Guidance Consultation

Following last year’s community consultation, the updated IATI Humanitarian Guidance aimed to expand on what is in the IATI Standard and the current overview pages, as well as help with the alignment and import of IATI humanitarian data into OCHA’s Financial Tracking Service. The consultation was live on IATI Connect from 2-17 February. In the week of 22 February a follow-up discussion on outstanding questions will be facilitated on IATI Connect, so stay tuned via your Latest Activities-stream on your main dashboard.
