During 2021, IATI launched monthly Data Use Drop-In sessions to provide an informal opportunity for data users (or potential data users!) to ask questions of the Secretariat or each other. In 2022, we are continuing these sessions and will hold them every other month. Find out more below!

To make these Data Use Drop-Ins more useful for data users, in each session, we will share analysis that we are currently undertaking on IATI data, including how we conducted the analysis and what the data shows, followed by an opportunity for discussion.

The goal of these sessions is to showcase the data that is available in IATI and how it can be analyzed. The first session on 16 March will feature analysis on budget data, particularly what data published to IATI is available on the resources that are projected to be spent in 2022.

Following the discussion in these sessions, the analysis will be further developed based on the inputs received, and will be shared on IATI Connect and the IATI website.
