Webinar information page on our website: https://helpdesk-opendata-minbuza.nl/guided-implementation-quarter-3-january-10th-2022/
This quarter will be about results and indicators, how to report on them, when to report them, and related concepts like baseline, target and actuals, aggregation status and dimensions.
The last half hour of the webinar will be dedicated to the Strengthening Civil Society partnerships, and the specific ways the basket indicators work. We will be joined by Cobi Mars, senior advisor on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for the Department for Social Development in the ministry.
For whoever is not involved in one of the SCS partnerships, the webinar therefore will be roughly an hour long.
EDIT If you are the person in charge of publishing but not familiar with Monitoring & Learning concepts, invite a MEL advisor or similar to the webinar with you.
Hi Fiona, thanks for pointing that out! Link is now there. I have also updated the text, it was a bit outdated.
Hi Thea Schepers , sorry this might be really obvious, but I still can't see a zoom link? In my view, the details box above says:
"This quarter is entirely dedicated to results and indicators. This is both complex and important, so we will spend a lot of time getting it right.
We will divide into two groups. For the Strengthening Civil Society partnerships, there will be Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning experts from the DSO department, to discuss the indicator guidelines with everyone who is part of those partnerships. How do you use the basket indicators? How do you avoid double counting? And how do you decide who gets to report on which results?
The rest of us will learn a lot as well, because even with your own result framework, you will run into a lot of the same issues as everyone else in the programme."
Thanks,
Fiona
