Hi, most of the annexes set in MA Paper 2A:
Annex 3: Evaluation Panel assessment criteria for bids;
Annex 4A: Clarifications Received from Bidders (UNOPS);
Annex 4B: Clarifications Received from Bidders (UNDP);
Annex 5A: Bids received by IATI in response to published ToRs (UNDP); Annex 5B: Bids received by IATI in response to published ToRs (UNOPS); Annex 5C: Bids received by IATI in response to published ToRs (DI); Annex 6: Fully scored bids for both ToRs by Evaluation Panel.
Are however not available.
As much as we appreciate the evaluation of the IATI GB on this matter, the members are not able to do any informed evaluation as we do not have access to these documents.
In the light of transparency and the subject at hand, not sharing these annexes make the conversation upcoming Monday during "Session 3: Looking Ahead: IATI Hosting Decision and Transition" incomplete.
We - the IATI members- are not properly informed and will therefore not be able to make an informed decision on this fundamental conversation nor adequately participate in a conversation on this matter.
I hope this omission will be corrected as soon as possible and hope the secretariat will share them in light of full disclosure and transparency.
